Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking a Rock Star Catering Manager. This is a great opportunity to show off your hospitality and attention to detail creating beautiful presentations of food and displays while managing an awesome Team and contributing to the overall Business Development.
Our catering events range from small casual business lunches to amazing and extravagant black tie events. Our Catering Manager will oversee the Operations and Staff Management with responsibilities to include assembly and setup of all catering functions, servicing, employee training development, and Sales and Pricing. Must be able to read, write, use simple math, follow and give oral and written instructions. Ability to work quickly with hands and stand for long periods of time is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the Catering Staff in Prep, Assembly and Setup of functions
  • Sales and Business Development
  • Employee Management and Scheduling
  • Operate and maintain equipment in safe, and efficient manner
  • Maintain department areas in neat and sanitary manner
  • Assist with efficient operation of department
  • Flexibility in schedule to attend functions outside normal hours
