Whether its corporate luncheons, private parties, or large-scale events, we bring creative cuisine and flawless service to every occasion.
Job Summary:
As Catering Manager, youll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catered events. Youll act as the bridge between our clients, kitchen, and service teamsensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. This is a hands-on role for someone with both operational savvy and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of event catering through to execution
  • Lead tastings, client meetings, and site visits
  • Develop proposals and event timelines
  • Coordinate staffing, rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown logistics
  • Partner with the culinary team to craft event-specific menus
  • Maintain detailed event records and billing
  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of event staff as needed
Qualifications:
