About the Job:
Manage on and off-site events for busy catering company.
Qualifications:
  • Catering-specific serving experience required.
  • Event management experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • A food handler card required.
  • OLCC Certification required.
  • Valid Drivers License required (with clean driving record).
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Job Details:
  • Responsible for loading, transporting, setting up and executing events for 20-300 people alone or with a team of servers.
  • Onsite lead - organize and delegate tasks based on schedule, venue and specific event needs.
  • Responsible for communicating with clients on-site to execute events according to their needs and specifications.
  • Maintain clean and organized equipment and storage areas.
  • Maintain clean and organized venue.
  • Keep inventory of non-food items.
