professional, experienced bartenders to join our growing events team.

What You'll Do
As an Event Bartender, you'll be responsible for much more than pouring drinks. You'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable guest experience by:
- Setting up and breaking down complete mobile bar stations using company equipment
- Transporting yourself reliably to venues throughout Portland and surrounding communities
- Providing warm, engaging, and professional service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout each event
- Working independently while also collaborating with our event team
- Following OLCC regulations and company service standards
- Representing Pearl Catering with professionalism from arrival to the last guest served
What We're Looking For
We're searching for bartenders who are:
- Experienced behind the bar in restaurants, catering, or events
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality
- Professionally groomed with a polished appearance
- Comfortable working upscale weddings, corporate functions, and private events
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Excellent communicators with a positive attitude
- Able to stay calm and organized during busy events
Requirements
- Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Portland metro area and surrounding cities
- Valid OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain before employment)
- Ability to lift and move kegs, cases of beverages, and bar equipment
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
