Responsibilities:


  1. Business Plan: Develops and implements a comprehensive business/Catering plan to achieve long-term organizational health (Annually)
  2. Systems Management: Oversees Catering systems to ensure organizational simplicity and efficiency
  3. POP Materials: Installs quarterly POP materials per Chick-fil-A standards, communicates and the Support Center initiates changes to the restaurant team, including LTO products, etc.
  4. Asset Management: Stewards the Catering assets to ensure high brand standards
  5. Catering table, TMS bags, Cow suit, etc.: Executes management and cleaning of all TMS bags and organization/cleaning of all other Catering assets
  6. Financials: Ensures complete fiscal responsibility for Catering sales, profitability, team management including:
  7. Schedule needs: Works with Executive Director to ensure proper coverage and productivity of the Catering Team
  8. Invoices: Puts together all monthly Catering invoices an ensures all outstanding balances/accounts are settled before end of month
  9. Cash Management: Ensures proper cash/credit procedures are enforced in all aspects of Catering activities
  10. Food Safety: Strictly adheres to all Chick-fil-A food safety processes and establishes strong food safety systems
  11. Emotional Connections Marketing: Creates and oversees execution of community events to drive in-restaurant sales
  12. Guest Experience: Ensures highest level of guest experience, including CORE 4 and Second Mile Service at all times
  13. Catering Guests: Cultivates relationships in the community to create consistent catering guests and sales.
