What You’ll Do

Our field case managers serve as vital members of the care team, providing expert medical case management services to injured workers. You’ll coordinate care, collaborate with treating providers, and guide injured workers through the recovery process—always with the backing of a seasoned and responsive support team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced field case management professionals who:

Qualifications for success:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active California licensure
  • 2+ years of catastrophic injury/illness case management or catastrophic rehab experience, including onsite case management
  • Workers’ Compensation experience required
  • CCM certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • The ability to work independently with great autonomy
  • Experience managing catastrophic cases such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma (including amputation), and burns preferred

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
