About the Role

Catalyst Security Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Experienced Field Service Technician to join our expanding Denver, CO team. This position is ideal for a low voltage technician skilled in CCTV, access control, and intrusion system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

You’ll perform hands-on work in the field, providing professional, high-quality security system services and ensuring total client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair:

    • CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems

    • Access Control & Intrusion / Burglary Systems

    • Low Voltage Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6)

    • (Fiber Optic Cabling experience a plus)

  • Troubleshoot and test systems for optimal performance.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Complete service reports, maintain tools, and manage inventory.

  • Recommend upgrades and improvements for client systems.


Qualifications
  • 3–5 years’ experience with low voltage security systems (required).

  • Strong troubleshooting and programming ability.

  • Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

  • Proficient with mobile apps and digital tools.

  • Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen required.

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces. (Roofs, attics, ladders, lifts)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Teams a plus.
