We are seeking a highly skilled 15+ Years experienced Network Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade datacenter and cloud networking solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Cisco core networking (routers, switches), Citrix ADC/load balancers, and modern hybrid cloud connectivity architectures.
The ideal candidate will drive network transformation, scalability, security, and high availability, enabling resilient infrastructure for mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Datacenter Network Architecture
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance datacenter network architectures
• Define core, distribution, and access layer designs using Cisco technologies
• Architect high availability (HA) and redundancy models (active-active / active-passive)
• Establish network standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks
Cisco Core Networking
• Architect and manage Cisco core switches and routers (Nexus, Catalyst platforms)
• Design Layer 2/Layer 3 network topology, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Optimize network performance, latency, and throughput across enterprise environments
• Lead capacity planning and network scalability initiatives
Load Balancing & Application Delivery (Citrix ADC)
• Design and implement Citrix ADC (NetScaler) solutions for application delivery
• Configure load balancing, SSL offloading, and traffic optimization
• Architect secure access solutions and application availability models
• Integrate load balancing into hybrid and multi-site environments
Cloud Networking & Hybrid Connectivity
• Design cloud network architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) including VPC/VNet design
• Enable hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
• Architect secure connectivity between on-prem datacenters and cloud platforms
• Support multi-region and multi-cloud networking strategies
High Availability, Security & DR
• Architect resilient networks with failover and disaster recovery capabilities
• Implement network segmentation, firewall integration, and Zero Trust principles
• Design solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Conduct DR testing and network failover validation exercises
Network Automation & Modernization
• Drive network automation using tools like Ansible / Python scripting
• Support infrastructure modernization initiatives (SDN, software-defined networking)
• Integrate networking with DevOps and platform engineering ecosystems
• Lead transition toward intent-based and programmable networks

Technical Skills
