We are looking for Press Operator/ Machine Operator Associates to join our team-individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Position Overview
As a Press Operator/ Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the final stages of production-ensuring products are completed, inspected, and prepared to meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Support production operations by assisting with Press operations
• Pack, label, and prepare products for next step in the process
• Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently
• Inspect product to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist team during setup and changeovers
• Follow job tickets, instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Skills & Qualifications
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)
• At least 4 years of web offset printing experience
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work on a production floor for extended periods
Schedule
• 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Rotating schedule averaging 7 working days out of every 14-day period
• Overtime may be required based on production volume, business needs, or vacation coverage
• Shift differential pay available
