Who You Must Be

Two’s Company is seeking a talented Freelance Catalog Designer to create visually engaging, polished, and production-ready layouts for our digital catalogs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong design sense, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.


This is a contract-based position scheduled for 35 hours per week, with the opportunity to work remotely, that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.


What You'll Do

  • Design and develop engaging catalog page layouts that effectively showcase products while maintaining established brand standards
  • Use typography, imagery, color, and composition to create clean, organized, and visually appealing layouts
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to develop creative concepts and ensure all catalog pages align with the brand’s visual identity
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately while maintaining consistency throughout the design process
  • Prepare polished and production-ready files that meet quality and technical requirements
  • Maintain organized project files and follow established production workflows
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines
  • Review all layouts for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated experience designing multi-page catalogs, lookbooks, or retail publications
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced production schedules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience working as a freelance or contract designer
  • Experience designing catalogs or publications within the retail, home décor, lifestyle, or fashion industries
