Overview:
Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Service Catalog & Forms to design, develop, and enhance catalog items, record producers, variables, and form behaviors. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and integrations supporting ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
  • Create and manage Catalog Variables, Variable Sets, Multi-row Variable Sets (MRVS).
  • Develop Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
  • Customize Catalog Forms for Incident, Request, Change, HR, and CSM use cases.
  • Build and enhance Service Portal / UI Builder pages related to catalog requests.
  • Implement approvals, SLAs, notifications, and fulfillment tasks.
  • Integrate catalog requests with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Use Import Sets & Transform Maps for catalog-related data loads.
  • Ensure reusability, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support testing, UAT, production deployments, and defect fixes.
