CAT Scale Company is hiring an innovative and goal-oriented Scale Technician to join our team. Travel both in the United States and Canada, installing and opening new truck scales in our 2,300+ CAT Scale network! Join a company known for setting the standard of excellence in the truck weighing industry. Are you interested in working with a growing company that will help train and support you while you learn?
Our Scale Technicians are on the road for an average of 1 week a month, installing a brand-new state-of-the-art CAT Scale. For the other 3 weeks, work is based in Walcott, Iowa, at the CAT Scale Headquarters.

As a Scale Technician, you will work with and learn from various people, including crew members, foremen, maintenance crews, subcontractors, and customers. You will also lead scale installations and major overhaul projects.

Requirements
• Excellent customer service, technical, and computer skills
• Construction/electrical experience is a plus.
• Previous electronic troubleshooting experience
• Able to perform with limited supervision
• Computer networking skills are a plus!
• Ability to provide own set of tools
