Job Summary
South Jersey Cat Clinic is seeking a full or part time associate veterinarian to join our amazing team. Dr. Jaclyn Bell has been working for the past 15 years in the area and built her dream practice about 2 years ago. Word has gotten out and we have gotten busier than ever and are in need of veterinarian that is kind and hardworking.
South Jersey Cat Clinic strives to be a place where employees love to come to work, where toxic traits are not acceptable and where we all treat each other with respect.
Where clients love bringing their cat in to the office and a vet visit perhaps becomes the highlight of their day. The current staff are awesome, enthusiastic and have experience working well together. As a veterinarian, you will be spoiled by the level of expertise and efficiency from the technicians and receptionists.

Responsibilities 
  • Provide routine examinations
  • Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment 
  • Perform surgeries including dental, ophthalmic, and orthopedic
  • Administer vaccinations
  • Perform spay and neuter surgeries
  • Prescribe medication
  • Advise pet owners on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and overall pet well-being
  • Update client records
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
  • Previous work experience as a veterinarian
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and anesthesia procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Availability to take evening, weekend, or on-call shifts when necessary
  • Patience and a love for animals
