Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide information and assistance to CCCH Guests with Castle Club membership, accounts, redemptions, and special event ticket purchases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Administrate Castle Club duties in an accurate, proficient manner while providing excellent service to Guests, Vendors, and Team Members.
  • Enroll new Castle Club members daily, meet established department goals and quotas.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with CCCH policies, procedures, and all governing laws.
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of Casino services, amenities, promotions, and events.
  • Assist with special events and promotions, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):
Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
  1. Required Education: HS DIPLOMA Preferred Education: N/A
  2. Work Experience:
    1. Minimum 6 months' previous experience in guest-facing, service industry, required.
    2. Previous experience in the Casino industry, preferred.
  3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    1. Must possess excellent communication (verbal, written) and people skills.
    2. Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
    3. Must have exceptional Guest service skills.
    4. Must possess mature judgement and the ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
    5. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining professional composure and be able to de-escalate tense situation.

  5. Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
  7. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
  8. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
