Cast & Crew is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help build Cast & Crew into a modern media brand for the entertainment production community.
This role will own the evolution of our visual identity across digital, social, web, and content experiences. Working closely with the Lead Creative Producer, you'll develop creative concepts, visual systems, and brand experiences that bring our stories to life and strengthen our connection with production professionals.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with strategic thinking and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.

What You'll Do

Brand Identity & Creative Direction

  • Lead the evolution of Cast & Crew's visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop andmaintainbrand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards
  • Create visual concepts, themes, and creative frameworks that strengthen brand recognition
  • Help shape Cast & Crew into a modern media brand that engages the entertainment production community

Content & Campaign Design

  • Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to develop creative concepts for content series, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
  • Design social media content, marketing assets, presentations, video graphics, and other creative materials
  • Create visual systems and templates that support scalable content production
  • Contribute ideas that enhance audience engagement and brand storytelling

Digital Experience

  • Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the Cast & Crew website
  • Ensure a cohesive and engaging visual experience across digital properties
  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to bring brand and content experiences to life

Optimization & Innovation

  • Apply audience insights and performance data to refine creative approaches
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the brand

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, creative direction, or related fields
  • Strong portfolioshowcasingbrand identity, digital design, social content, and campaign work
  • Experience developing andmaintainingbrand systems and design guidelines
  • Proficiencyin modern design and creative tools
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, and content creators
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
