Job description

City Cast is hiring a Subscription Growth Manager to drive the next phase of City Cast DC. We're launching premium subscriber content to accompany our free daily podcast and newsletter. We need a smart, creative, data-driven person to build the user journey from conversion to onboarding to retention. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to help turn our DC newsroom into a thriving subscription business. You'll have a real say in what City Cast DC's subscription product looks like, and you'll see the results of your work directly in the community you serve.
