Job description

Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia community, is hiring a Housekeeper to join our team in Milaca, MN. If you're looking for a supportive team and a place to grow your career, this is your opportunity. Milaca Elim Meadows is a welcoming senior care community where your skills are valued and your dedication to excellent care makes an impact. 

In this role you will clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms, and other common areas, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing, and trash removal. We are seeking someone who display a compassionate, positive attitude, and who will strive for personal excellence. 

Position Type: Full-Time, benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule
Wage Range: $17.39 - $20.57 /hour depending on experience
 

Shift Available: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Address:  730 2nd St SE, Milaca, MN 56353 located in Greater MN

 Housekeeper Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work a consistent schedule.
  • Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
  • Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with a diverse population of older adults. 
  • Have the ability work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
