Job description

Reporting to and under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Group Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all bookings and greeting casino tours.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent internal/external guest service;

• Maintain a working knowledge of the Marketing Programs Database;

• Supports the Sales Manager in all areas of the Sales Department;

• Record and forward tour, and group deposits to the appropriate departments;

• Ensure that Sales personnel are informed of all casino information which impacts their daily operations;

• Ensure all tour group members are enrolled in the Players’ Club and receive instruction on the benefits of the Players’ Club program;

• Coordinate and maintain Tour Department filing systems, procedures, contracts, and other documentation relative to sales business agreements;

• Assist with the PBX/RV Park day-to-day operations, as needed;

• Coordinate FAM Tours as requested by tour leaders;

• Monitor and order all departmental and operational supplies in a timely manner;

• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
