Job description

Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is hiring a Bilingual Network Cash Reconciliation Specialists to join our Spring, TX team.

In this role, you'll "follow the money" - tracking ATM cash activity from initial cash order through final unload - ensuring accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and helping protect the integrity of our ATM cash network.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily ATM-level cash reconciliations across assigned networks.
  • Review and validate CIT (Cash-in-Transit) reports and system uploads.
  • Investigate discrepancies, shortages, and surpluses using Electronic Journal data.
  • Manually correct mismatched or incomplete data when necessary.
  • Create and track ERM tickets to resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Recover missing files and ensure required reconciliation data is complete.
  • Partner with Finance Operations and internal teams to clear outstanding discrepancies.
  • Support the Network Cash Reconciliation Team Lead with issue resolution.
  • Process US and Latin America cash reconciliations.
  • Work with banks and vendors to dissolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional office or financial operations experience
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish reading, writing, and speaking
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Fast learner with initiative and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in banking, ATM services, or cash operations is a plus
  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel working knowledge
