Description
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:
Perform cashiering duties (count and record coin and bills); verify bank rolls, make cash transactions and fill out proper bank deposit paperwork.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare stand banks with the proper amount of cash and hand them out at the beginning of each event.
  • Verify bill authenticity.
  • Make cash pickups during the event throughout the venue. Upon returning to cash room balance pickups and record amounts belonging to the proper stands.
  • Deliver money to stands during event.
  • Balance cash turned in at the end of the night and record amounts belonging to the proper stands.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Prepare cash deposit report.
  • Interact with co-workers in a diverse workforce.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Required:
  • Ability to perform arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) involving all US monetary units.
  • Ability to count large sums of money.
  • Ability to use calculator, bill counters, and coin counters. Should have some computer knowledge.
  • Flexible schedule

OTHER REQUIRMENTS:
Requires lifting or moving bank deposits and coin up to 30 pounds. Must be able to independently maneuver throughout the facility in a fast paced, often tightly-quartered environment. Hours include nights, weekends and possibly holidays.
