Job description

Role: Accounts Receivable Lead

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $30 - $38 / hour

Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead for an opportunity in Orange County. This onsite role supports the day-to-day accounts receivable function, including collections, billing, account reconciliation, and team oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections, billing, payment disputes, and account reconciliations.
  • Supervise and support Accounts Receivable staff.
  • Research and resolve customer account, shipping, and payment issues.
  • Review aging reports and monitor outstanding receivables.
  • Assist with electronic billing, government contract invoicing, and EDI processes.
  • Process account adjustments, credit/debit memos, and invoice corrections.
  • Support cash posting, order releases, audits, and other accounting projects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of collections, reconciliations, and billing processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
