What We Do
A Cash Management Specialist is responsible for all activities related to payment processing. Processes payments promptly and accurately and clears all exception items in a timely manner.
How You'll Contribute
  • Process transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines
  • Ensures exception items are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Document the system with comments regarding disposition of work items
  • Identify, research, and resolve issues
  • Make recommendations for the improvement of controls and processes within the department
  • Assist with internal or external audit requests
  • Communicate any trends and / or problems with recommended solutions to management
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of department documentation; including, but not limited to, policies and procedures
  • Other duties and tasks, as assigned

What You'll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Licensure & Certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Financial Services Industry experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office products and company operating systems
  • Analytical

Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
