Job description

Northbank Center Management - Administrative Assistant Position
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant position provides high quality administrative support to the Property Manager and exceptional customer service to tenants and guests of the Northbank Center.
Responsibilities:
  • Fields tenant requests and phone calls and acts as Receptionist
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, use and billing
  • Processing rental payments
  • Coordinates scheduling of building security
  • Completes regular walkthroughs of the building to assess maintenance issues and coordinates with appropriate personnel as needed
  • Track and follow up regarding Facilities Management and Information Technology Services work orders
  • Maintains break room, coffee and water services, and office supplies
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of office experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Dependable, punctual, trustworthy
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Desired Qualifications
  • Associates or higher degree in business, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Event Management Software, Google Mail and Google Drive a plus.
  • Experience working in a law office environment, with government contracts, property management, or Facilities & Operations is a plus.
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, Day Shift; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
