Job description

Role Overview

We're hiring a Cash Management Operations Specialist to support wire transfers, transaction reviews, and advisor inquiries within a financial services environment. This is a hybrid position where you'll spend part of your day handling phone calls and part reviewing transactions, researching issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with established policies and procedures.

This role is a good fit for someone with financial services experience who enjoys problem solving, working with clients, and navigating multiple systems throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Review incoming and outgoing wire transactions for accuracy and potential risk indicators
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to wire requests, transaction status updates, and troubleshooting
  • Research transaction issues and work with internal teams, advisors, and financial institutions to resolve them
  • Document findings and complete reviews according to established procedures
  • Monitor shared inboxes and process operational requests
  • Support investigations of unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity
  • Assist with training, process improvements, and team projects as needed
  • Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to track, review, and complete work accurately
Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics
  • Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour
  • Duration: 6-month contract
  • Work Setting: Hybrid (on-site Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Regular Schedule: 8-4:30 PST
  • Interview Process: One virtual panel interview
RequirementsMust-Have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or a related environment
  • Experience handling customer, client, or advisor phone interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Wire transfer, money movement, or cash management experience
  • Fraud, risk, compliance, or transaction review experience
  • Call center or high-volume phone support experience
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or Series 99 licensing
  • Experience with BETA, LexisNexis, or NICE systems

Pay and Benefits
