CARRY OUT
Position Summary: Gives a warm first and last impression of the restaurant to patrons. Immediately greets guests at the Carry Out counter and processes order.
Major Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Greets guests immediately as they walk in.
• Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Interacts with all Kitchen staff to collect and organize each carry out order, packages the order and collects and processes cash/credit payments
• Takes guest orders over the phone and in person
• Cleans, organizes and fulfills all carry out orders
• Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
• Other duties as directed

• Excellent communication skills; verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests.
