Tumbleweed Restaurants is currently hiring for a driven Carry Out Crew Member to take charge of the customer service duties in our restaurants. Whether through customer service or administrative duties, this position is vital to the overall operational success of this food service location. This position earns hour. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer the phone in a timely manner
• Correctly input all orders into the POS system
• ID anyone that appears under the age of 40 that is purchasing alcohol
• Handle all payment transactions in a manner that protects the interest of both the guest and the restaurant
• Safely and accurately monitor the cash register
• Package all carryout orders in bags and correctly complete each order
• Ensure quick and accurate delivery of order to curbside guests’ vehicle
• High degree of comfort working with a POS system
• Accurately quote specific times in which carryout guests may pick up their food
• Handle all third party and online ordering orders
• Perform all side work as required
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Observe needs throughout dining experience to ensure guests receive high quality service
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Assist in the dining room by setting/clearing tables and serving beverages
