The Job You Will Perform:
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
  • Possess the ability to feed two case erector machines to keep up with production demands.
  • Keep glue levels in operating order to ensure no machine downtime.
  • Successfully complete necessary shift paperwork such as filling out load tags, unit tags, and other work orders.
  • Separate out dunnage sheets and bundle straps as needed.
  • Ability to correctly stack pallets of boxes as per customer requirements.
  • Possess the knowledge of proper stacking patterns as per customer requirements.
  • Efficiently transition between stacking pallets to keep up with production demands.
  • Finalize pallets with proper paperwork such as completing load tags, PQV forms, tally, and waste sheets.
  • Assist in quality repairs when feeding and stacking.
  • Successfully able to stack all box sizes neatly and correctly without assistance and minimal tip overs.
  • General awareness to communicate quality related issues.
  • Clear minor machine jam ups due to machine malfunctions.
  • Efficiently unload foam trailers as needed.

The Skills You Will Bring:
  • Ability to read and interpret written documents i.e. safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, tacitly orders, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (Standard and Metric), using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read a standard and metric tape measure.
