Description

The Case Packer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining case packing machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Safety Regulations.
  • Operate and monitor the case packer during production, following all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct routine inspections of the case packer to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues
  • Prepare the machine according to the production schedule
  • Make necessary adjustments to case packer equipment based on product specifications and parameter
  • Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
Qualifications
