Job description

   Supervise case managers to ensure compliance with DFPS Minimum Standards, Licensing, and T3C model requirements.

Conduct regular supervisor sessions and case reviews to access progress, identify needs, and support trauma-informed decision making.

Monitor service delivery and ensure timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and licensing guidelines.

Participate in and lead treatment team meetings, staff trainings, and foster parent support sessions.

Ensure accurate completion of child and family assessments, service plans, and incident reports.

Provide on-call consultation and crises response guidance as needed.

Maintain effective communication with DFPS, OCOK, and other community partners.

Support the integration of the TST-FC framework into daily casework practice. 

 EDUCATION: Master's or bachelor's degree in social work or related Human Service field.

Licensure: Preferred--LMSW, LBSW, or LPC.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in child placing agency or foster care case management.

Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, TST-FC, and T3C service delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead a team effectively.

Proficiency in documentation, case management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
