What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver top-notch services
  • Keep caseloads on track and ensure timely, high-quality client support
  • Review service plans and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Help staff navigate complex situations, including crisis intervention
  • Track client progress and drive successful housing placements
  • Partner with leadership and team members to improve services and outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (required)
