Job description

Assumes accountability for assessing, coordinating & implementing care & service from admission through discharge for assigned patients. Coordinates communication of all patient related information to appropriate personnel internally & externally. Adheres to agency standards & ensures confidentiality of patient information & patient rights.
Requirements:
  • RN License in the State of Rhode Island or a state participating in the Nursing Compact
  • BSN preferred. For AD graduates applying, must provide evidence of enrollment for BSN program with completion within 3 years
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • One year acute care nursing experience
  • One year home care experience
  • Valid driver's license & auto liability insurance as mandated by State of RI
