Position: Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem
Location: Houston, TX
Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Houston, TX
Position Details:

  • Start Date: 05/25/2026
  • Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08-00 - 16:30)
  • Type of Assignment: Per Diem
  • Computer Charting: Protouch
  • Pay Range: $400.00 - $432.00 per shift

Requirements:

  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
  • Must have mininum 5 years recent RN Case Management experience, with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration
