Description

Christian Family Solutions is a faith based, religious organization committed to our mission: healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ. As more individuals, families, and communities seek hope, healing, and peace, we are called to steward the resources entrusted to us with excellence and integrity.

We are seeking a mission-aligned leader to serve as Clinic Manager for the Appleton Outpatient Clinic. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

This is a 1.0 FTE role (40 hours per week), and is eligible for CFS' full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; short-and long-term disability; a 401(k) plan with employer match; life insurance; and Paid Time Off (PTO).

What you will be doing:

  • Clinic Operations and Administrative Oversight
Oversee the daily administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining clinic resources, and supporting overall clinic functionality in line with organizational policies, goals and regulatory expectations.
  • Staff Supervision, Training, and Performance Management
Supervise and support the clinical staff through performance evaluations and professional development. Coordinate staff hiring, training, and scheduling. Conduct 90-day and annual reviews, support team cohesion, and ensure staff are knowledgeable and compliant with relevant policies and clinical standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure full compliance with all licensing regulations and other state and federal regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement initiatives, educating staff on compliance issues.
  • Financial and Resource Management
Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to manage clinic budgets and efficient use of resources. Oversee financial documentation and reporting, and support cost-effective practices while maintaining high-quality client services. Identify opportunities for financial growth and efficiency.
  • Clinical Service Delivery and Documentation Management
Supervise clinicians to ensure high-quality clinical service delivery. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate documentation by all clinical staff, including clinical assessments, treatment plans, case management notes, and incident reports. Provide clinical guidance, conduct direct services as needed, and support quality care across all client interactions.
  • Direct Client Care and Treatment Planning
Provide mental health services to assigned clients, including assessments and therapy, facilitate individualized care plans, monitor client progress, and coordinate discharge planning and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership Support
Act as a liaison between staff and leadership, fostering open communication and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Lead or coordinate staff meetings, contribute to team projects and committees, and ensure timely communication regarding client care, scheduling, and clinical updates. Promote a solution-focused, respectful workplace culture.
  • Professional Conduct, Training, and Organizational Representation
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to clinic policies and confidentiality. Attend internal and external trainings to stay updated on clinical and regulatory best practices. Represent the clinic positively in the community, support intern training when assigned, and advocate for client rights and high-quality mental health care.
