Role Overview:
As a Case Study Proctor, you will be at the front lines of cutting-edge research, responsible for executing case study sessions with connected devices and absolute precision. You will be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring every session adheres strictly to established study protocols. You will serve as a professional guide for participants while maintaining peak performance of hardware, including sensors and wearables-to guarantee the capture of high-fidelity research data.
This role is ideal for someone who balances technical troubleshooting skills with a professional, participant-focused demeanor. You will ensure that every byte of data collected meets the highest standards of quality, confidentiality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Protocol Execution: Conduct case study sessions in strict accordance with approved study designs and research protocols.
  • Participant Management: Provide clear, concise instructions for participants to ensure they understand procedures and adhere to study requirements
  • Environment & Equipment Setup: Prepare, calibrate, and organize collection equipment, connected devices, and physical/remote environments prior to each session.
  • Quality Control: Monitor data streams in real time, making protocol-compliant adjustments to maintain data integrity and prevent loss.
  • Data Security: Perform secure data uploads using authorized systems, verifying successful transfer and storage while maintaining strict participant privacy.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and report hardware, software, or procedural glitches. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and data confidentiality standards, ensuring prompt reporting of any incidents or deviations.
  • Operational Readiness: Maintain the flexibility to support urgent or ad hoc case study needs within defined service levels.

This role is 100% onsite at our client's office in San Francisco
Basic Qualifications:
