A busy Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability law firm has an immediate opening for a full time paralegal or law clerk position, with the possibility of position advancements. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and legal case management tasks, be well organized, pro-active, and able to interact with a diverse group of people.

Job Description

Typing correspondence and legal document preparation, answering multi-line phones, filing, faxing, scanning and other general office duties. The position involves client contact by phone and in person. 

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Type 35 wpm and be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
  • 4 years experience legal clerk/paralegal or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred.
  • Legal Experience, and Spanish bilingual a plus but not required

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours daily
