About the Role

Engage Wellness is seeking a compassionate and reliable Case Manager to support adults participating in our behavioral health and recovery programs. The Case Manager plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment while helping clients successfully engage in treatment and recovery services.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor client participation and progress throughout daily programming.
  • Provide case management services and support client needs.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and support services.
  • Enforce program rules and expectations while maintaining a positive therapeutic environment.
  • Help resolve conflicts and provide supportive guidance to clients.
  • Facilitate educational, motivational, and recovery-focused groups.
  • Monitor on-site AA/NA meetings and assist with recovery programming.
  • Transport clients to scheduled activities or coordinate transportation as needed.
  • Communicate concerns, incidents, and client progress with the treatment team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client confidentiality.
  • Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields are a plus.
Experience
  • At least six (6) months of experience in Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in mental health, substance use treatment, addiction recovery, counseling, case management, or other behavioral health settings is strongly preferred.
Certifications
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred.
