Hospitality Coordinator

The Hospitality Coordinator position is a key customer-facing role that provides direct support to the sales staff in varying capacities. The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for establishing a positive impression while customers are in the store. This role will ensure customers are directed to the appropriate person or area of the store that will meet their needs. Additionally, this role will coordinate while-you-wait services such as jewelry cleaning and watch battery replacements. Well-qualified candidates for this full-time opportunity will be outgoing, personable, and be very detail orientated. Solid verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Essential Functions:
The Hospitality Coordinator will perform the following essential functions:
  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients and sales personnel to enhance the customer experience and assist with meeting company revenue goals.
  • Fields and directs questions about some of the finest luxury brands in the industry, including Rolex, David Yurman, Cartier, John Hardy, Roberto Coin, Patek Philippe, Marco Bicego, Mikimoto Pearls, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and more
  • Provides direct assistance to customers, creating a welcoming and inviting environment.
  • Directly supports and assists sales personnel in working with, retrieving, tracing, and/or checking merchandise.
  • Other duties as assigned
Reis-Nichols offers one of the best and most flexible work schedules in the retail industry. Normal store hours are 10am until 6pm weekdays, 10am until 5pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. Associates rotate evening and weekend hours, when possible, to ensure a balanced schedule for our valued staff. Hours may differ during events or peak holiday times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Some college experience or college degree preferred
  • Retail experience in a luxury setting preferred
