Job Title: Cart Retrieval Driver / Recovery Agent

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re currently hiring a Cart Retrieval Driver / Recovery Agent to help recover and repair abandoned shopping carts while ensuring client locations remain safe, clean, and organized.


What You’ll Do:


  • Drive to various locations to locate and collect abandoned shopping carts
  • Perform light repairs on carts and other related equipment
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
  • Troubleshoot and report issues or recommend solutions as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned


What We’re Looking For:


  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in fieldwork, customer service, or collections is a plus
