Job Summary:

As a Collision Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence by assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring a seamless repair process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the collision repair process, outstanding customer service skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using CCC software; familiarity with Mitchell is a plus to use from some insurance carriers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and team members through effective communication regarding repair estimates, timelines, and additional information.
  • Coordinate with the repair team to order and receive required parts in a timely manner.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their repairs, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date on industry best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Collision Estimator.
  • In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.
  • Proficiency in CCC software; familiarity with Mitchell is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
