Entry-Level Estimator – Collision Repair / Body Shop
Position Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level Estimator to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. No prior estimating experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
  •  Greet customers and assist them throughout the repair process 
  •  Help inspect vehicles and gather repair information 
  •  Communicate with insurance companies and customers 
  •  Learn estimating software and repair procedures 
  •  Schedule repairs and update customers on vehicle status 
  •  Work closely with technicians and management 
  •  Deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Strong customer service experience 
  •  Excellent communication and people skills 
  •  Professional appearance and attitude 
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized 
  •  Basic computer skills 
  •  Team player with willingness to learn 
  •  Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 
 Starting hourly during paid training with advancement into a high-income commission estimator position.
