Auto Body Production Manager
FRED BEANS CARSTAR Collision of Doylestown is looking for a production minded individual to assist in the management of our Center. Experience with Collision or Production Models is required along with expectations for high quality and timely repairs. Extremely busy shop with an opportunity for a career changing position.
Qualifications:
Prior Production or Shop management required
Pa Appraisers License required
CCCONE Experience Required.
Experience in Collision Estimating, Production or Repair.
5S philosophy, Lean Manufacturing or Green Belt Training a plus
Ability to work in team environment and lead others
Possess strong communication skills
ICAR Certification
