Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you work the 3rd shift (3 AM- noon) managing daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
  • Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
  • Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
  • Fork Lift experience required
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
  • Current Forklift experience is rquired
