About This Role
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading an inside sales /customer care and service team focused on inbound orders as well as outbound customer engagement, and lead conversion. This leader drives sales performance through coaching, process excellence, technology adoption, and data-driven decision making while delivering exceptional customer experience.
The role combines sales leadership, operational management, workforce planning, and continuous improvement to maximize productivity in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Establish accountability aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Close inbound inquiries and orders to improve revenue per opportunity
  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Partner with field sales to maximize territory coverage and lead follow-up
  • Build customer relationships through daily engagement and/or planned business reviews
  • Leverage customer segmentation data to develop selling strategies and playbooks

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • 3+ years of inside sales or call center leadership experience
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms
  • 3+ years in Microsoft Office and the ability to organize data and create presentations in applications such as Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Internal / External presentation skills
  • Proven success leading high performing inside sales/customer service teams
  • Excellent coaching and communication abilities
  • Experience in HVAC equipment rental and/or B2B services
  • Knowledge of workforce management principles
  • Experience implementing sales technology and automation
  • Project and Change management experience

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
