Position: 


The Guest Services Driver is a key touchpoint in the guest experience, serving as a welcoming, dependable, and knowledgeable ambassador of the resort. With careful attention and professionalism, this role ensures every guest’s journey is safe and seamless, providing guidance, comfort, and confidence through all transportation services throughout the guest experience. This role's primary responsibilities are transporting guests to and from the airport, assisting with luggage, and checking them into their accommodation.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and timely transportation for guests between the airport, accommodations, and various on-property locations.
  • Provide a property and accommodation tour upon guest arrival to the resort.
  • Handle and deliver guest luggage with care and attention, ensuring proper placement.
  • Maintain a welcoming presence during events and in high-traffic areas, ensuring guests feel supported and attended to at all times.
  • Maintain current knowledge of resort offerings, services, and daily operational updates.
  • Complete all daily departmental checklists accurately and on time.
  • Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and well-maintained inside and out.
  • Consistently demonstrate a professional and polished presence in all guest interactions.
  • Uphold impeccable personal grooming and neat, professional appearance at all times.
  • Engage with guests confidently and attentively, anticipating needs and accommodating special requests with discretion.
  • Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality before, during, and after each stay.
  • Safely operate multi-passenger vehicles in accordance with Paws Up standards.

Supportive Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of personalized guest amenities and other special requests.
  • Communicate clearly while maintaining established timelines and priorities.
  • Perform all duties with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and high-quality standards.
  • Proactively support and collaborate with other departments.
  • Support all Guest Services team functions as needed.
  • A friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guests, team members and management
  • Skilled at multitasking and performing in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and composed.
  • Demonstrates a friendly, professional demeanor under high-demand situations with guests, team members, and management.
  • Confident, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on approach: willing to step in wherever needed to support staff and guests.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.

Educational, Experience, Licensure Required

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma, GED/vocational training, or job-related coursework
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or guest-facing service
  • Ability to operate gasoline multi-passenger vehicles in changing weather
