Job Title: Carpet Flooring Installer
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpet Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpet installation, demonstrating precision, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carpet Installation: Accurately measure, cut, and install carpet in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
  2. Floor Preparation: Prepare installation sites by cleaning, removing old flooring, and ensuring surfaces are level and ready for carpet installation.
  3. Tools and Equipment Handling: Safely and effectively use tools and equipment such as carpet stretchers, tack strips, adhesives, and trimming tools.
  4. Client Interaction: Collaborate with executive team to understand client needs and preferences, offering guidance on carpet selection and care.
  5. Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections of installed carpet to ensure quality standards are met and address any client concerns.
  6. Maintenance and Repair Services: Provide maintenance and repair services for existing carpet installations, including re-stretching and patching.
  7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for self and others.

Insurance Requirements:
  • Installers will be required to possess errors and omissions insurance no less than $1 million dollars.
  • Installers will maintain insurance coverage that extends to its employees or any third parties in compliance with standard industry practice of no less than $100,000 bodily injury and $1,000,000 property damage.
