  • Partner with Field Managers and Area Construction Managers to align schedules, priorities, and client expectations
  • Utilize construction management software (JobTread) to track progress, communicate, and drive accountability
  • Interview, hire, train and mentor carpenters-raising the bar for performance, consistency, and pride in work
  • Proactively identify and solve field challenges before they impact timeline, budget, or client experience
  • Ensure every jobsite reflects a clean, organized, and client-ready environment
  • Review and approve crew timecards and track labor hours to support accurate job costing
  • Assist in developing carpentry labor budgets, proposals, and time estimates for upcoming projects and change orders
  • Support invoicing by verifying completed work, labor hours, and scope completion
  • Help create, implement, and enforce a company-wide jobsite safety program and ensure all carpentry team members follow safety standards and procedures
  • Participate in planning meetings to forecast labor needs, manpower allocation, and upcoming project timelines
  • Continuously improve carpentry division processes, systems, and field efficiency as the company grows
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience (finish carpentry strongly preferred)
  • 1-3+ years leading others in the field (crew lead, foreman, or similar leadership role)
  • Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, JobTread, CoConstruct, or similar)
  • Experience with time tracking, estimating labor hours, job costing, proposals, or invoicing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and professionalism
  • Calm, professional presence with the ability to represent the company well with clients and trade partners
  • Strong communicator who follows through and holds others accountable
  • Takes ownership and operates with pride, discipline, and consistency
What Success Looks Like
  • In-house carpentry work consistently meets Sineath's high standard-clean, precise, and done right the first time
  • Field teams operate with structure, clarity, and accountability
  • Jobsites are professional, organized, clean, and safe
  • Labor is tracked accurately and carpentry work stays within budgeted hours
  • Communication improves across field teams, FMs, and leadership
  • Clients feel confident in both the process and the people building their home
  • The carpentry division becomes more efficient, predictable, and scalable over time
Compensation & Opportunity
  • Competitive W2 base salary
  • Strong performance-based bonus structure with meaningful upside
  • Opportunity to grow into broader field leadership or operations roles
Why Join Sineath Construction
  • Work with a team that genuinely cares about craftsmanship and client experience
