Residential-only finish, cabinet, or trim carpentry experience will not substitute for the required industrial experience.Preferred QualificationsFour or more years of industrial construction experienceNCCER Industrial Carpenter or related craft certificationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30Current TWIC cardCurrent Houston-area safety council credentialsExperience working inside petrochemical plants, refineries, terminals, or other industrial facilitiesExperience with concrete finishing, rebar placement, rigging, or additional civil construction craftsSite-specific credentials may be required before assignment.
