Job description

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of various buildings and properties throughout the Cullman-Decatur area. Duties include, but are not limited to: landscaping, carpentry, painting, minor electrical and plumbing work, installing or repairing equipment and machinery, maintaining HVAC systems, and other general tasks related to keeping facilities and grounds in good condition.

Compensation: Up to $25/hour, based on experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience related to the duties listed above, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and have an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions.
