Job description

L.S. Panas & Associates, a Lake Oswego based General Contractor specializing in custom home remodeling, is seeking an experienced people to complement our much-accomplished staff and management team to create exceptional homes throughout the Portland area, particularly in the SW Corridor. Qualified candidates must be able to provide work history information and solid references for verification of their capabilities. They must also be in good health, be dependable, trustworthy, organized, possess good communication skills and enjoy working in a “team” environment while also being capable of working alone productively.

LS Panas & Associates are looking at adding to following positions:

Project Manager

  • Management of multiple projects from $10,000 - $500,000
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management preferred

Working Superintendent

  • Provide onsite supervision of projects
  • Capable of organizing labor and materials for extensive remodel projects
  • 3-5 years of on site leadership preferred
