Pay: $23–$30/hr+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM


We're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a growing team in Manchester, CT. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of carpentry projects, including framing, installations, repairs, and general construction tasks. You'll use a wide range of hand and power tools while working both independently and alongside a skilled team.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general carpentry work, including framing, repairs, installations, and finish work
  • Work with wood, metal, and other building materials
  • Read and interpret measurements, plans, and job specifications
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
  • Load, transport, and organize tools and materials between job sites using company vehicles
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
  • Experience with renovations, remodeling, or general construction is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to use standard carpentry hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
