Apprentices typically work alongside experienced journeymen on both residential and commercial job sites, learning to read blueprints, use power and hand tools, and follow safety protocols. This real-world training is designed to build your skills progressively, ensuring you're prepared for increasingly complex tasks as you advance through the program.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a carpenter apprenticeship program, and why are they important?
