Are you looking for a meaningful part-time job that fits into your family’s schedule? Our Parent Shift is designed for parents who want to work during the middle of the day while still having flexibility for school drop-off, pick-up, family time, and other commitments.

As a Parent Shift Team Member at Chick-fil-A Carolina Mall, you’ll work primarily in our Front of House Operations serving guests and helping create an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality
  • Work in Front of House positions such as register, outside order taking, bagging, and drive-thru expeditor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
  • Work alongside and support fellow Team Members
  • Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Help create a positive experience for every guest who visits our restaurant
